Day three (Monday-Day Off) We slept in a bit after two full days of canvassing. After getting some supplies, we enjoyed In-N-Out Burger (animal style is the best). And then we braved an 8.2 mi hike that went up over 900 ft in elevation! We crossed a stream seven times on the way up and again on the way down. 6 teens were brave enough to jump into the ice cold water beneath a water fall to make an amazing memory! We end of the day with supper back at church and three ice cream stops at different Dairy Queen locations because it was free DQ ice cream cone day!

  After our 4:55 a.m. arrival time at the airport in Minnesota, we flew to Phoenix and then had a 2-hour drive down to Sahuarita. We had lunch and hit the streets canvassing for almost 4 hours. The sunshine and warmth was incredible. But we were tired but it was a greatly blessed first day!

 Day Four: Yard work day at church and school! We weeded the rocks, moved rocks and swept rocks (which is all better than snow).  During our break time from all things rocks, we hung out with toddlers during their play time in the school gym.  We traveled 30 minutes north to the third campus (the original campus) to serve at their English as a Second Language classes.  Intermediate English group  Beginners English group Childcare group (6 children eventually came) Advanced English group When we made it back to Pastor Ryan's house at 9:30pm our teens wanted to stargaze in the backyard

Day Six: Today we had a day off before three solid days of canvassing. We toured San Xavier Mission which was built in 1797. We enjoyed some fry bread, which was delicious! After lunch at Jack in the Box, we tested our skills at Top Golf. After supper, we chilled around the fire and watched a movie. It was a great day! Look at that amazing view at Top Golf!
